I bought my wifes Giant mountain bike from John at Allendale Cycle. Could not have been happier! Since it was a surprise, he personally dropped it off at the house so it would not spoil the surprise. And yes, they do service bikes bought outside his shop. I made the mistake of not buying my bike there. I brought it there to get a problem fixed, and they went above and beyond to get it working right!
