Always fair in buying
I have used them 3x. The last time I was very unsatisfied. I was selling a mix of jewelry. They gave me the gold price and did not add in the value of the diamonds. The salesman was pretty slick. I then removed the pieces from the sale. Had the ring appraised and I would have lost $5500 selling it to Allens. I also bought another ring from them. I won't buy or sell to/ from them again. I had recommended them before, I won't do it again.
