I'm pretty sure Kesha is who is spoke with but I'm terrible with names. She was absolutely incredible. Had it not been for her, I would've given this place zero stars. She set me up on a payment plan that worked for my budget and treated me like an actual human being. Because of her, I'll have this debt paid off with them by this time next year. The first guy, who I believe was Dale, was super rude and does a disservice to this company. Debt collection is a hard business and nobody wants to make or receive those calls. Thank... read more
