This is a lawyers office that was burden with collecting my credit card debt, there was some misinformation between my debt collection company and their office. I reached out to resolve this issue and was transfered to Dale to help me further, he literally made my day. Won’t stop harassing me, telling me that another person’s debt is mine. Sent people to my house that “just wanted to talk” these people are evil and all they want is to steal innocent people’s money. This company shouldn’t exist and the people that run it should be in jail.
This place is a joke. I have tried to work with this place. They think they are above the law. After a judge order a set amount for garnishment which i was fine with they are still taking 25% of my check. Said they would send a refund for the over payment. Not been sent yet. When I call they keep saying it's in their accounting department so I ask to speak with someone in accounting and got a straight no. I will be taking this back to court. Because they evidently can't follow a judges order either.
If I could give this a negative 5 star rating, I would. I'm not at all surprised that this law office has such bad reviews. I called with the sunniest of dispositions and was greeted by Dale, the most unhappy human on the planet. So incredibly rude. I intended to resolve my collections matter and he gruffly said "How you wanna pay." I had questions such as, how much is it, what are the next steps, can I get on a payment plan" and he raised his voice to tell me that I needed to seek legal advice and that it wasn't his job to ... read more
Anyone that’s 65 and older or disable please read the law! Lori Withrow filed a garnishment with my bank and took $2500, the only problem is my income is protected by law. I made the mistake and put money into my saving account for my grandchildren for Christmas. Even though that happened the income that was put into my saving account was still or should have been protected.
