I had a great experience with Tina manougian
Beware. They are only interested in profit. Lied to me about holding the custom order until I had made my mind up about the pillows. Don't sign anything! They say policy is policy and they hide behind the law once they have solicited a signature from you and have your money. No other furniture store requires a 50% deposit. They don't give a dam about the consumer. Will never buy anything there.
Go to the outlet! You will find Terry! He is an amazing employee!! The guy was super kind to the whole family and helped us pick out a new living room set! He’s a value and an asset and well deserving of our praise and many alike!

We have been buying our furniture at the Portsmouth store for the past 20 years. The quality of their products are top notch and their staff is very accommodating. They will let you browse as long as you would like and when you are in need of their help they are right there to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this furniture store - in fact we drive up from Massachusetts!

Allen's Wayside Furniture far exceeding our expectations. We dealt with Jen who went above and beyond. We ordered our furniture in February and they held it for us till June when our new house was finished. When they came to deliver the sleeper sofa it wouldn't fit up the stairs above the garage. They found us a smaller replacement couch but after talking she said, "send me pictures of the space"...within a week she had her guys come back out with our original sofa and they hoisted it up over 16 feet to a balcony and bro... read more
