I am so appreciative of Allen Transfer & Storage. They handled the logistics for a family member in the military who had to report overseas and needed personal / professional items shipped. If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. My entire moving experience was a disaster from start to finish. These movers had no idea what they were doing and treated my belongings with total disregard. Right from the start, they ignored my instructions and used a Phillips screwdriver on hex screws, stripping the nuts and then telling me to fix it myself. Allen transfer did a local move for us. Everyone was amazing. Probably the best of 7 moves I’ve had. 10,000 lbs moved and only minimal damage which was better than others.

One of their employees openly and creepily flirted with my wife, asked for her number, then said he left his gloves behind so he could “get them later tonight” wearing her ring. Unprofessional garbage. Don’t ever hire.
