In my 18 years of military service, I can confidently say that Allen Transfer and Storage has been one of the worst PCS moving experiences I have ever dealt with. What should have been a routine military move turned into a completely unnecessary headache due to this company’s lack of professionalism and preparation. I am so appreciative of Allen Transfer & Storage. They handled the logistics for a family member in the military who had to report overseas and needed personal / professional items shipped. As a family doing this for the first time, everyone was in different states. The team at the office and the team who came to pack for shipment were all very professional. If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. My entire moving experience was a disaster from start to finish. These movers had no idea what they were doing and treated my belongings with total disregard. Right from the start, they ignored my instructions and used a Phillips screwdriver on hex screws, stripping the nuts and then telling me to fix it myself.
