Most of the staff is unreliable, rude, and have poor communication skills. CB was not helpful and extremely rude. Which is why I'm giving one star. But Tony, a very nice lady, was extremely helpful. If it was for her, I'd give the company 5 stars.

Very Poor communication, terrible customer service. Booked 2 weeks in advanced for a local move, did not show up on moving day. Never received a phone call. The worst case of professionalism I have ever encountered. Was able to contact another moving company that same day ( Starving Students ) Job was complete in 5 hours. Excellent Job! 0 Rating for Allen & Clowns Company

Exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills which alleviated my concerns about the move. Very apparent that the company has a very strong commitment to performing an excellent job. The employees we worked with conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism, diligence and truly demonstrated a sense of caring and wanting our family to be a satisfied customer. As a result of our interactions, I would definitely recommend the company to friends and family
