I got redirected from making a reservation with the hotel. This is being investigated. It appears there is a mass lawsuit being prepared. I'm livid. Highway robbery does not even come close to describing. What these people are doing. And international number? Mean spirited customer service that hung up on me. I paid $359 for the Las Vegas package. At time of purchase I met all prerequisites. After booking the flights and dates with guests, I called to book the hotel. The company refused to honor my purchase because requirements changed from 25 and older to 45 and older. This only applies to men. I am currently seeking a refund for being sold a trip that I cannot use due to this company's change in policy I was not notified of. Failure to provide accurate conditions of service.
