We purchased a “discounted” vacation package from Vacation Offer for $598, which included a 4-night stay in Orlando, FL. Received a call from this company also known as Vacation Offer. Advised them while I was interested in package I could not commit without first talking to my partner to see if she had any interest. After several offers and a confirmation that package could be cancelled within 2 weeks I agreed to purchase on April 1, 2025. This company is a SCAM!!!! I went on my first of two vacation offers on 07/11/25. When I arrived, they booked me for the wrong room. I had to pay for the room I booked. It was not FREE as advertised. Also, I completed my presentation on 07/12/25 and as of today, I have not received a refund for my deposit, my room fee (due to not having the correct room), and transportation to the presentation. Scam. Don’t be fooled, it’s all lies and deception to get your money.
I got redirected from making a reservation with the hotel. This is being investigated. It appears there is a mass lawsuit being prepared. I'm livid. Highway robbery does not even come close to describing. What these people are doing. And international number? Mean spirited customer service that hung up on me. I have not seen any emails until today that were sent after making reservations. These were reservations only. There is nowhere in the reservation it mentions having to participate in a presentation.
