Our experience with Kevin Macho (Transportation Broker), Jeremy Christoffersen (Account manager – Memphis), and Matt Minthorn(Senior director of carrier development) and Allen Lund Company (Memphis office) left us disappointed. Dynamic Transit MC236575 completed the load 7949184 on time, safely, but ALC deducted $300 from the agreed rate over a tracking compliance issue. one guy cut off my phone line, and another never replied to my emails—the service from the carriers was terrible.
We picked up the load from Kevin Macho. When I arrived at the shipper, they informed me that the broker was supposed to notify us that the load is running behind schedule and that there is no appointment available, with a possible wait time of a couple of days. They said the broker was aware of this but did not inform us. He gave us a fake appointment. This happened on Friday, and I lost the entire weekend because of it due to an unprofessional broker who does not handle his responsibilities properly.
