This broker will charge you late fee without providing you proof that their customers penalized them for late delivery. I did a load going to Walmart DC with Jeremy Christoffersen. I run out of hours and I was going to be 2 hours late. I told the broker about it. When I arrived to the delivery I was told by Walmart the appointment was change. I came back and delivered the load without any issues. They charged me $300 for being late. I asked to be provided with proof that Walmart did indeed charge them $300 for them changing ... read more
