Booked a one pick up and 3 drops at Meijer warehouses, one in Ohio and two in Michigan. Booked the load with Josh Thele of Allen Lund Des Moines office. Arrived and checked into second drop located in Newport Michigan at 12 am for a 1am delivery. Starting at 3 am we contacted Allen Lund regarding detention needing to start and that on time delivery to the third and final stop was in jeopardy. booked a load with them, been working with them for a while now. Max and Grant confirmed the load and asked for revised COI. Got it to them within like 5 mins. Kept waiting for rate con, when asked on update 10-15min later, they said they covered the load elsewhere. The professionalism has dropped drastically. Plus they think that the blame game of somebody else covered it works. For your update, it doesnt.

I booked a load with Ryan the day before and told him clearly that my truck had a 2:30 PM delivery appointment on Thursday and would be empty around 4:00 PM. The pickup on his load wasn’t until 10:00 PM, which gave plenty of time with only a short deadhead. Everything seemed good at the time of booking.
