Very very disappointing. The guy Brad Cooksey booking a truck send all the information and he still looking for cheaper truck. After 1hr he just canceling the load. Because he found cheaper truck. Waist of time and energy
John and Jaylon what a team.... trying to book a load, they offered me less than they try to book it for because of a load that happened 3 years ago after we agreed on the rate. After a second call they were disrespectful over the phone and telling me we cant work with their MC because of that, but yet we just did 3 loads with a week for them. Terrible team, great way to represent your company
Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. We completed a load with Joe Mealer Load # 8111370 The driver lost an entire day waiting on broker instructions for rejected freight and then had to run additional miles to re-deliver two pallets. The broker only paid for the extra stop and refused to fairly compensate for the waiting time, extra miles, and the lost day. This situation was both disappointing and frustrating.
