Booked 1&1 load with this Allen Lund Richmond, Virginia office, but they played: “oh our 1&1 got covered” and convinced me to take 1&2 deliveries 🚚🚚 run. Apparently got 4 pallets rejected at 2nd delivery 🚚 and got loaded back to our trailer, that all promptly been reported to broker via 📧🗒️ Then waited for several hours for resolution ..
