I had a fantastic experience at this furniture store. I was in need of a new dining room set, and the staff was both knowledgeable and patient, helping me find the perfect fit for my home. The quality of the furniture is outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable, providing great value for the investment. I'm thrilled with my purchase and will return for more in the future.
Terrible customer service. Like the other person said, they kept surrounding you and staring at you all the time. Also, staff were rude and shipping fees and other fees ( not sure about what those fees were) could be different when you asked different people. Confused about how they charge. Valid reasons for why they are about to close.
Purchased a super comfy sofa and a kitchen table today. The older asian man in the front is very sweet & helpful. He gave us a great deal on both items. I would definitely recommend this establishment to others looking for 1 or multiple items for their home. Wonderful customer service & very respectful. I would definitely come back. Thank you.
