Highly misleading and deceitful, leaves you thinking everything's going good even after a pre-approval as well until he sends you the mortgage commitment at nowhere I needed to be, and nowhere close to the pre-approval and as discussed. Now you’re 2 days away before time is out for condition of financing, Allen screwed me out of a house deal.
I have used Allen in the past for a mortgage and was amazed at how easy and stress free he made it. Everything was explained in great detail and so happy we chose him. Will also be using him again soon for refinancing and look forward to having him help us through this process ! He is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, and we will never use anyone else !
We came to Allen almost 7 yrs ago to help us with a refinance, he was absolutely fantastic to work with we got the results we wanted and the process was quick, easy and stress free.
