The program was confusing. I was denied my certification of completion because I did not know the EXACT debt I was in. I believe I spoke to Melissa, she was very condescending after I told her I found the program to be confusing because I didn’t see where to enter in even half of what was applicable for me. Thankfully my attorney is great and is handling them now. Edit: it has been almost 24 hours and I still have not received the transcript of the chat that I requested three different times.

We would like to get this finished up with you. The Department of Justice has strict standards for credit counseling that we are mandated to follow but you did complete most of the work.
