There needs to be another water company besides this one, they literally steal from you and completely lie about bills that have been paid. They blame the post office if you don’t get their mail even though they just don’t send them. This company and the women who run it need to be arrested for fraud.

Well I'm a human. I'm a single parent of three kids. Sometimes things slip your mind. I forgot to pay my bill. Second time in 5 years at my residence. Bill was around 40-50 bucks. They come and put a lock on the water supply. Understandable. But what I don't understand is the charge of over 40 bucks, which is basically my bill charge for the month, to send someone 5 miles out to put on and take off a lock.
