Well I'm a human. I'm a single parent of three kids. Sometimes things slip your mind. I forgot to pay my bill. Second time in 5 years at my residence. Bill was around 40-50 bucks. They come and put a lock on the water supply. Understandable. But what I don't understand is the charge of over 40 bucks, which is basically my bill charge for the month, to send someone 5 miles out to put on and take off a lock. Charged me for five thousand gallon said I had a leaked or something wrong no leaks trip ck meter after the fact had same reading for four days they won't admit the reading was inter wrong so I payed the lier's funny it still read same thing after a wk reading for four days
The staff are friendly and I don’t get interruptions to my service. My gripe is with billing. I rarely receive a bill by mail or online, and I can not find a way to view my bill online. The online pay is easy enough, but you have to know how much to pay, which I don’t know when I don’t get a bill. You can’t set up an autopay draft online either. I almost got my water cut off, not for lack of funds but for lack of received bills. With all the poor reviews on this same issue, you’d think they would fix it.
