The Allen county water district is full of respectful and friendly people
This is the most backwoods country place I’ve ever dealt with. They have NO processes to make it convenient to pay or set up auto pay on your bill. In order to set up autopay you have to take a check by the office. Who uses checks these days? I don’t even own a check, you can’t view your bill online, only make a payment not knowing what you owe. Don’t even get me started on the customer service when you call there for help. They have less than a 2 star customer service rating, yet there are no other choices for water service... read more
