Not sure which officer decided to ruin my life with him deciding not to file my insurance but it was an Allen county officer who decided to ruin it. Pulled me over yes I was speeding but I had legitimate insurance filed at the time. The guy had a chip on his shoulder and a quota to fill so I paid the ticket and told him I’d pay it specifically. Officer long didn’t give me a card or introduce himself. Was short. Told me he would write a report. Next day, no report, CAD notes only, didn’t even get their information, and they won’t serve a notice from a judge for a protective order without their information. Literally worthless.
Reported assault with a deadly weapon 5/26 (near hit and run while I was in an intersection legally and someone ran it). I had a crime, proof, location, everything. Didn’t even come out. No service no pay. Defund police.
