ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!! Had someone else fill out my information then was told that Stephanie was going to call me and go over all my information with me and so that I could also give her my direct deposit info which DID NOT happen. Instead Stephanie NEVER contacted me and submitted my information without me knowing and instead of putting in MY bank info for MY DIRECT DEPOSIT she put in her own bank info and took my state return! Then when confronted had such a nasty attitude and blocked me, I had to fill out a form ... read more
I do not recommend anyone using these bootleg services !!!! These taxes are done in someone’s home and they have upgraded to an office during tax season yet it was truly the worst experience ever !!!Very unprofessional and I ended up owing the IRS more than what I was given back on a return from the illegal Trumped up “business fees” that Stephanie prepared for me .She chooses prices for everyone differently and she even sent someone’s return to her personal bank account and THEN cut them a check please be careful and if you... read more
