Just walked around this store for about 30 minutes and not even the receptionist greeted me. I was ready to buy Baldwin towel bars and cabinet knobs I had seen online, and get prices on bath faucets, but no one even said hello or offered to help me with my purchase. They just lost a \$1000 sale! I guess I will purchase my items online.

Over the years I have tried to do business with this company. Once again I am frustrated with their hours of operation. Maybe they prefer to be wholesale to contractors, but I find myself having to use Austin Hardwood and others to purchase wood for the furniture I build. I teach school, and am unable to be at their store before 5pm, and of course they are not in at 6:30 am. when I could stop by. Saturdays are out as well, because they are closed the entire weekend.
