I scheduled and confirmed a phone consultation a week in advance, but at the appointed time I waited on hold for over 10 minutes and the appointment was not honored as agreed. Punctuality with a pre-confirmed appointment matters, and this left a poor first impression of the firm's organization and client communication.
you wasted my business partner's time today by keeping him on hold for 11 minutes and then attempting to reschedule his phone consultation to another day.. it's just terrible terrible to do business with!
Very negative interaction. Was attempting to conduct a consult for CS and custody I wasn’t understanding why was being told I needed to do certain things if they had already been done by the courts. Was very condescending as if I had no knowledge of process and told couldn’t do anything about it. Attempted to explain my position and services needed.
