To put it frankly, some reviews on this platform are inaccurate. This is the genuine truth: upon initial entry, the facility appears beautiful and has a pleasant aroma. However, upon proceeding to other floors, the smell becomes overwhelming due to the presence of urine and feces. Furthermore, Ms. Barbra's yelling is a cause for concern, as it indicates potential distress or need for assistance, yet no staff members attended to her room. So impressed with how they handled helping my friend. She is alone in the world and was terrified. The staff was amazing. Plus she is right across from her house and can look out the window and see it, till her Rehab is finished. Thank you all.
Seemed very clean and bright today. Several different group settings with crafts and games looks great for memory care. The room is a nice size with a beautiful view of two blue spruce trees and a flaming maple tree. This place looks like a great facility for our mom
This place is terrible do not send your loved ones here my mom was not taken very good care of while she was in here she can home with a rash on her body from head to toe
