Allegria offers top notch care, compassion and love. A true testament of this is they have residents there 30+ years. Kiddo's to Allegria
This place is pitiful, the executive director does not know what's going on half of the time. The business office person practically runs the place and tells everyone what to do including the executive director. The residents are in horrible condition, I would not recommend anyone send their loved ones there.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mother was a resident at this facility for about a year and a half. The facility evicted her for her "behaviors" (she has dementia). At first I was angry, but now I am so grateful. When I brought my mom home, I discovered she had horrible toenail fungus. I took her to the podiatrist and they said that it took well over a year to progress to the point it was. When I questioned the facility about her seeing a podiatrist, they claimed she did a few months prior, on a date when my mom was NOT... read more
I want to express my utmost disappointment in Allegria at the Oaks. My mother made the difficult decision to move my grandmother to this facility as her dementia worsened. She stayed for about a year and a half and left this past April. I wish I could say we had a positive experience, but that would be a lie. Not only was my grandmother neglected, but they lost some of the most important things of hers that we have left.
