If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mother was a resident at this facility for about a year and a half. The facility evicted her for her "behaviors" (she has dementia). At first I was angry, but now I am so grateful. When I brought my mom home, I discovered she had horrible toenail fungus. I took her to the podiatrist and they said that it took well over a year to progress to the point it was. I want to express my utmost disappointment in Allegria at the Oaks. My mother made the difficult decision to move my grandmother to this facility as her dementia worsened. She stayed for about a year and a half and left this past April. I wish I could say we had a positive experience, but that would be a lie. Not only was my grandmother neglected, but they lost some of the most important things of hers that we have left. I am writing this for my father Shreeve Barton. He was at Allegra at the Oaks in Bensalem PA. He was making friends an was happy to be there. He fell an broke his hip an femur an between the hospital an in a Nursing Home for Pt we had to take him out of Allegra because they are not sure if he will be going in hospice. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Allegra the staff the care they gave him. The place was always clean an everyone was pleasant. We are so sad he had to leave he misses everyone
People are every Secretaries are really ignorant and wrong and rude are very inappropriate. They like to cut these customers conversation short, being rude and ignorant, and is very inappropriate to hang up the phone on somebody more than one time I was hung up on the phone at least four times which is very inappropriate, because I was still in the middle of my sentence with this lady named Donna and Donna was being very rude and inappropriate and I did not appreciate her professionalism at all.
