This one old lady is always rude I always have a problem with her and her only the other lady’s are wonderful
I worked with the member relations specialist named Kayla Mathis and she was absolutely wonderful to work with during a stressful and uncertain time in my life. She was extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and kind. She made the experience feel so much easier than I would’ve anticipated. I’m so happy I was referred to them and I see why they have so many positive reviews!! I definitely recommend this place and specially Kayla (she said she typically works at the Portage location FYI).
Literally just got off a call with Kim and Mandy and omg the were so delightful to speak with... they were both extremely nice and very informative. They went above and beyond. This is at the Valparaiso location. I was not a member but that is all about to change! Give them a call if you need assistance with a car loan
