I live out of state and have never had an issue communicating or receiving assistance with anyone at Allegius. When I opened my auto loan account, the process was convenient, the rate and terms were excellent. When I moved from one state to another the assistance I received from Natalie in the title department could not have been better. Thank you to the Allegius team.
This Credit Union contracted with some cop wannabe armed and wearing a tactical vest tresspassing and snooping around my property in the night. After having a conversation with him and finding out he was looking to do a repossession, I politely let him know that the person and vehicle he was looking for was not here and that person had never lived here.
