Haven’t had many dealings with the credit union. I had an auto loan that I paid monthly until paid off and didn’t ever have a reason to contact them. Recently we worked with Alexis on a personal loan. We expressed urgency with this loan, we’re undergoing infertility treatments and our clinic requires upfront payment. Despite this, and despite being approved, it has taken days to receive an answer to calls and emails, if not for my Drs advocating for me, it would have caused delays with my treatment. At this branch, I’ve always had great customer service..so no complaints there. Everyone has been so great and helpful. My complaint is having a credit union that is located near the mill, gets steelworkers to open accounts with them, only to have the least accommodating hours for steelworkers to make it in while they’re open.
