Worst customer service and ill mannered representatives sitting to just pretending that they are helping customers with ticketing and other services but they are just there to abuse and being disrespectful . They are hired to help and not to abuse.
For arrivals and departures just make sure you pay attention to the billboard and signage so you don't get trapped off in the wrong lane but no worries you can loop around and come back if you miss
