Picking up a passenger, unfortunately their flight was delayed due to weather before their departure... Several times.
This was only my second time flying, and unfortunately it was a horrible experience. My flight to Orlando was smooth and I had no issues. However, the flight back was a completely different story. About 20 minutes before landing, the flight became extremely uncomfortable, and I ended up getting sick and throwing up. It was the worst flying experience I’ve had. A Complete Mickey Mouse Operation — Avoid at All Costs! Rating: 1 out of 5 Stars If I could give zero stars, I would. Allegiant canceled our flight for absolutely no reason and hid behind a completely bogus "weather" excuse. I checked the radar and reports for both our departure and arrival locations—no rain, no storms, perfectly clear skies. But because they officially claimed it was "weather-related," they conveniently didn't have to compensate us for a rental car, hotel, or anything else. Funny how that loophole works in... read more
6+ hour delay with 0 customer service to refund. They served expired pretzels to the entire plane. They also lost our luggage.
