Today was so sad specially coming from who you depend for all your plans. I'm so disappointed it was my 1st time flying w my mom and bf and when we arrived from the minute we arrived we received attitude. Starting with I tried telling you but you have an attitude. Worst place ever ! Don’t ever consider flying with them !!! The airline sent my stroller and car seat way out of state to a whole different airport even though my flight was delayed from 6am all the way to 10am . Mind you we have been at the airport since 4am no food no nothing because we were so concerned about catching our flight and traveling with a baby that needs to be changed diapers every 2 hours and feed . Wow ! The most horrible service ever !!! They are now being deceptive with extra charges . And the manager , small Hispanic lady with fake blond hair seems to just hate her job! Not sure what is going on with this airline here in McAllen , Texas . If you can go fly with someone else, do so ! It seems that they are in the brink of going out of business.
