Allegiant at South Bend International Airport is horrible. Our flight was delayed from 5:30pm to 9:45pm. Then again delayed until 10:15pm, then again until 11:45pm, and lastly delayed until 12:30am. At 1am the airline decided to cancel the flight and rebook for 12:15pm. There was very little communication regarding delays from staff. Worst airline. Save your money and time and go to OHARE or Indy. You’ll save money and won’t have to deal with sitting on a plane for 2 hours with no answers to why we’re waiting. They deny some people to use the restrooms but will let others go. Can you direct me to where we can make formal complaints ? Only in south bend !!!!
Sitting on the strip for an hour and a half and STILL counting, waiting to get off the plane. At this point we have been waiting to get off the plane almost as long as the flight itself.
