I wish I could give zero stars. I just had a son and was SO excited about the Peoria -Nashville route. Unfortunately I will not be using Allegiant again because I cannot with good conscience support a company that makes traveling on a single mother intentionally more challenging. Flight delayed 6 times due to understaffing and coordination issues. They told us it was due to an inspection which was a blatant lie. The return flight was delayed 4 times. I will loss a day of work pay extra for parking and they do not care. Will NEVER use this airline again!

Flight was okay and most of the employees were friendly besides one who actually just ruined the whole experience for us. She was rude, not helpful in the slightest, and had a MAJOR attitude problem. How she gets away with talking to customers the way she does is actually mind boggling.

Horrible customer service. They canceled . Y flight with no refund. After fighting with them I was given a voucher. After trying to use the voucher I was denied since it expires 5 days before my flight leaves. USE SOMEONE ELSE TO TRAVEL...
