6+ hour delay with 0 customer service to refund. They served expired pretzels to the entire plane. They also lost our luggage.
Does not accept check in luggage more than 1 hour before boarding. No communication on who is being checked ...lines are long and they barely speak aloud enough to hear over the people. Nothing to eat in the main area of the airport. No place to hold your checked luggage in order to pass through security to go get food prior to your flight. Everything before the flight was a mess. The check in desk was calling specific destination cities to cut the line to check bags and print boarding passes in front of others. Security was good and thorough which felt good. But we were notified that we were delayed, then we weren’t, then we were, then we weren’t. There were no updates on the departure boards causing us to almost miss our flight, even though we were there two hours ahead like suggested. Once on the plane, the crew was awesome and the flight was smooth.
Intentionally didn't disclose for more than 4 hours that they knew their pilots would be on the clock too long for federal regulations for a delayed flight. Then cancelled as boarding started They knew the whole time there was zero chance we would take off and yet they kept us, TSA, airport police and countless airport employees for an extra 3 hours purely for their amusement. Dishonest, ignorant and intentionally disrespectful of their customers Google, how can I change my rating to -5 stars?
Worst airline experience I’ve had overall. Zero accountability, complete lack of support, they allow passengers in the extreme back to use very front overhead bins which creates total chaos when getting on and off flights with significant additional time required to account for this - not only do they allow it, they seem to promote it most times.
