Extremely disappointed with waiting at the gate to check bag…flight starts boarding at 1:05, its 11:40 and nobody at the gate?! Zero communication.

I wanted to give a shutout to Allegiant Airlines representative James 9758 for giving the best customer service. I had changed flight plans a couple times due to parental medical issues and then parental loss. I was originally told that I could not change my flight plans again on said flight. James went above and beyond to help me regain my money and credit for the flight due to family emergencies.
