I wanted to give a shutout to Allegiant Airlines representative James 9758 for giving the best customer service. I had changed flight plans a couple times due to parental medical issues and then parental loss. I was originally told that I could not change my flight plans again on said flight. Checked in online after confirming our return flight included checked bags. When at the counter to check them the agent said her screen showed I only had carry on luggage. I showed her their app confirming my check in had checked bags and she said it “didn’t matter” and it would be another $150. They don’t care much about customer service in the airport. Flights are fine.

We waited in priority for about an hour when every other airline is open and checking bags. We finally get up to the counter just to be told that they can’t take our bags for another hour and wait in line for another hour when our flight leaves in two hours. Do they not take into account the wait for TSA? We will never fly through this airline again.
