1/5 — Extremely Disappointed Our experience with Allegiant was completely unacceptable. Both our departing AND returning flights were delayed by approximately 3 hours because there was no pilot available. I am pregnant and was traveling with a toddler, which made these lengthy delays especially exhausting and inconvenient. I understand that delays can happen, but having the same issue occur both ways and receiving no compensation whatsoever was incredibly disappointing. The only redeeming quality is that they fly into smaller airports
There was construction. A lady texting me saying I had a few xtra minutes if I could make the flight. I got there a few min before and a clerk said my flight had left. I asked if there was another flight and she told me yes next daybut I had to pay for the flight again. My flight was paid for by my son so I could make my granddaughters graduation. I asked if I could get a refund. Clerk said no. I called an allegiant phone line. Could only get a recording. Terrible service.
