I would give a 0 if I could my flight was supposed to land at 9pm it’s now been pushed back to past midnight. Some of us have jobs in the morning. Dont fly this airline my flight has been delayed now for 14 hours get your shit together
Wish zero stars was an option! My elderly father’s flight was delayed 3 times before being completely canceled. Instead of a clear refund, they split it between a partial credit card refund and a voucher I didn’t request. I was told I was getting a full refund until I asked for email confirmation, then found out that wasn’t true. The customer service representative couldn’t resolve it, and after over an hour of waiting for a supervisor, she ended up hanging up the phone on me. Great low fares! But if there is a delay, it will be a long, long, long delay. And they don't update you! Like they say 'you get what you pay for' !!
