Great low fares! But if there is a delay, it will be a long, long, long delay. And they don't update you! Like they say 'you get what you pay for' !!

BEWARE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I am a handicap passenger. Allegiant Air at Mesa Gateway Airport, Mesa AZ did not supply any wheelchair assistance to me (even though I had pre-arranged all handicap service needs with them) recently upon my (round-trip Grand Rapids SD-Mesa AZ) arrival at Mesa airport. I have repeatedly notified them about this horrible treatment and how that such treatment is a violation of FAA regulations.
NEVER, NEVER EVER take a flight in this airline at night cause they will send you notifications every single hour delaying the flight until next morning! The Meza Arizona airport close TSA at 9:30 pm be sure to get there before that time.
