Allegiant Air is always our favorite airline whenever we can use them. The staff is consistently great, everything is predictable and straightforward, and they’re very transparent about fees...which we really appreciate. Their rates are usually the cheapest, and we fly with them multiple times a year without issues. Easy, reliable, and stress-free every time.
Poor service, late flights and rude staff.
I flew this airlines for the first and last time. I flew out of Harrisburg PA The attendant to take my luggage refused to take my luggage 3 hours ahead off my flight. Girl at boarding made me take my purse off and put in the personal item, I did as her request, she proceeded to tell me I had to zip before she would let me on the plane. Customer Service at this location was HORRILE!!
They will charge u 75 dollars at the gate for a bag that fits the dimensions even though you show them it fits. SCAM SCAM SCAM
