Would give them a zero if it were allowed. Left us in a terminal due to weather conditions m, but from watching the other airlines coming and going there was no problems. Not even an apology! They made a price mistake on luggage and now they owe me $48. They will only allow you to use it toward another ticket. Guess I just donated $48 to their favorite charity-themselves. I call it thievery! Never will be pulled into that snare again!

This is the worst airline ever. The crew is awful Lisa turns her credential around making it difficult to find her name while she makes passive aggressive announcement over the PA. There is a crew member with red curly hair that was exceptionally rude to my husband about his carry on, which we paid for three checked bags and only had 2. At check in we had the crew member cha ge the bag to checked on both flight (we were never issued a credit for the difference) Customer service on this airline is beyond sub par. I've flown with Allegiant several times and have never had an issue. The flights have always been smooth, and I really appreciate the affordable fares and convenience. I'll definitely keep flying with them!
