Absolutly 0 stars. Arrived late for a minor child pickup from a different airline. Asked the alligent agents for assistance since they were the only ones at the counter at that time. As soon as I mentioned the other airline, all bets were off and no help offered besides "you can use the house phone to have them paged". I guarantee it because I didn't pay $10 for them to help me out. In Response: Allegiant, you are completely missing the point. Allegiant has a stupid policy. They won’t check you in until two hours prior to your departure. So if you get to the airport earlier than that, they make you sit in the uncomfortable chairs with no restaurants. They are already checking other people in who cares if they let you in to the main airport?
Haven’t had a problem yet. It’s the only airline that I’ve ever flown with though. Can’t compare it to any others.
Pretty ridiculous you can’t check in earlier then two hours !
3 flights with Allegiant and 3 delays! All delays were multiple hours too. I use the APP and communication through it is barely existent.
