Cheap You get what you pay for Waiting to leave, waiting to deplane. Staff untrained and young.
Website broken for 2 days. Unable to check in and print boarding pass due to website being broken. Came to desk, explained that website was broken and couldn’t get boarding pass. Rude worker demanded that I download an app or pay 15 dollars to print. I was unable to download the app and she demanded I do so or else she would steal 15 dollars from me. Horrible service do not fly from this airline.
