It really bothers me leave a negative review. I have always recommended allegiant over the past 8 to 10 years!! I went out of my way to recommend this airline to so many people. I've had two extremely disturbing experiences. And I did give allegiant a very thorough chance to respond and they sadly blew it in a big way. I spent a lot of time emailing through the proper channels so things would not happen to other disabled people like it did to me. They obviously did not read what I sent. Why? Staff member was rude and looked at me then when I said excuse me I have a question she looked away and then walked away. In addition there were issues with the security lines in Knoxville due to the introduction of Southwest flights, but they didn't accommodate and several people missed the flight by 5 minutes literally. The plane had not left yet but they closed the doors and said call the number we can't help you move your flight here at the gate. The guy then walked away and 9 of us are there with the same issue. I can totally understand delays. Even multiple delays for hours even. BUT this airline decided to announce at boarding (after already being delayed multiple times) to tell everyone that the pilots on our flight have to clock out and go home due to at maximum clocked hours, AND THE NEXT CREW IS NOT ALLOWED TO CLOCK IN UNTIL 4 HOURS LATER. AROUND 3 AM. Management YOU SUCK. Never ever using this airline again, no recourse of course. How about wake up the Management who can't schedule staff hours properly!
