Counter does not open until 2 hours before flight at every airport for Allegiant. Crowded airports it sucks and backs up at every airport. Expect long waits at the counter. Every other airline is not like this. After almost missing multiple flights, I am done with Allegiant.

I’ve never reviewed a business before but this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. No awareness at all from the entire staff and some of the worst company policies I’ve ever seen.

1/5 — Extremely Disappointed Our experience with Allegiant was completely unacceptable. Both our departing AND returning flights were delayed by approximately 3 hours because there was no pilot available. I am pregnant and was traveling with a toddler, which made these lengthy delays especially exhausting and inconvenient. I understand that delays can happen, but having the same issue occur both ways and receiving no compensation whatsoever was incredibly disappointing. Gate staff were rude when I asked what zone they were boarding because I couldn’t hear the intercom due to an adjoining gate also boarding and it being packed due to multiple delays. Lady sighed, picked up microphone, and proceeded to make an announcement to everyone to pay attention to what she’s saying while I was still standing there. The digital screens also have zero information on what zones they are working on in the zoning process.
