The worst customer service I’ve ever had. They only had two employees on duty, to check bags,and the same two to work the gate. I waited for 45 minutes to check for the plane but no one was at the front desk so I lost $400 on a one-way trip trip. they force me to miss the plane because I had time to get on it so they basically stole my money, daylight robbery. They also had a delay for an extra 30 minutes and they still wouldn’t let me on the plane. so I had to rent a car and drive 17 hours back home from Arkansas to Florida... read more
The posted hours for purchasing tickets at the counter are Mondays and Fridays, 10-noon. I show up Friday at 10. An Allegiant worker comes out to inform me and the others waiting that they have a meeting and can’t help us right now, showing zero concern for anyone.
To be fair, the fancy sign where you would normaly buy tickets and check your luggage did advise that they'd be closed from 10am until noon on Fridays on that particular Friday. i can understand that being low cost requires adjustments in staffing, BUT it was 3:45 before the lackadaisical, disinterested "worker" showed up to begin the process of waking the computers. No customer service! 50 minutes before take off and no one to be seen with lots of angry people in line. Be prepared to stand and hold bags….ALLEGIANT IS THE WORST
Not a good experience. The staff was not friendly and was not able to buy ticket there at counter.
