They never answer the phone. They have lost my water bill checks twice and were ready to cut my water off without an apology. Once they had a new employee get payments out of the drop box and the maintenance workers found checks the wind had blown against the building outside! They also want to charge a $10 late fee on a $94 bill even when it’s on time and you have to prove they cashed it before the due by date. Staff was pleasant but the county charges a 3.5% “convenience fee” to use your card when you are standing in their office. Cute.
