On June 2nd, I went to the Wexford office to take care of a few transactions. I walked in and the window clerks were occupied, but Mr. Clary called me over to his desk. I was slurring my speech and walking unsteadily, and I told Mr. Clary that I was having a low blood sugar episode. Mr. Clary went to the service counter and brought a bowl of Dum-Dum suckers back. Worst customer service ever since merging with Tri-Valley Service FCU. I've had a credit card for many years with Tri-Valley with exceptional customer service which is why I kept it for so long. However, since the transition it has been nothing but problems. They don't know how to switch the account, balance the account, or deal with any questions that you have.
