The worst bank I've ever dealt with, customer service is absolutely awful. I will be closing my accounts soon and going somewhere else, as soon as I have the time. Nobody answers the phone at any of their locations.
I have been a member for decades and had no problems. When Allegent acquired my former credit union, soon after I had problems getting through on the phone. The website has limited functions. I made the decision to close my account and that was frustrating getting someone to help me close the account.
They do not answer the phone. There is one number for all the locations and they will keep you on a rotating hold for easy 15 minutes. Terrible customer service.
