I went in to ask some questions about starting an account. I had the best customer service from a young wonderful women named Nellie. She was very helpful and personal, She was able to give me the answers I was looking for. I am glad I was able to walk in and get the welcome that I received today.
I recently opened a account here and I can say that Natalie has been AMAZING through this whole process. I have had some issues with a deposit and she has made sure to not only go above and beyond with the whole situation but is completely understanding and compassionate as well. I honestly think I would be losing my head right now if it wasn't for her!
