Booked a ride. Emailed me at 430 the night before canceling my ride and basically told me to walk to the allegan county side of south haven (about 25 miles). Thanks for nothing. And they cancel my friend's medical appt transport all the time the night before too. What a useless "bus system" we have in allegan. Jerks. So much for the reviews calling them reliable! Clearly thats a lie
Schedules mean nothing
My son uses them all school year. Drivers are great with and to him. Office staff has always been friendly and quick with getting things situated.
This place is awesome my driver bought me lunch and turned my whole day around thanks Brendan
