The drivers rock. Dispatch was rude today. I call a week ahead. They cancel my trips for no real reasons. My tomorrow trip was canceled. I called my boss to explain. Im fired. Because of Allegan county Lack of Transportation. Dont ise them they suck
Didn't go there or contact them. I just looked them up if Google wasn't so interested in just looking at something and trying to make a big deal of it.
This is a joke they are not reliable transportation 1 you have to setup a schedule 2 they stop at 5pm 3 they are either late, no show or they come when you don't have appointments
Booked a ride. Emailed me at 430 the night before canceling my ride and basically told me to walk to the allegan county side of south haven (about 25 miles). Thanks for nothing. And they cancel my friend's medical appt transport all the time the night before too. What a useless "bus system" we have in allegan. Jerks. So much for the reviews calling them reliable! Clearly thats a lie
