Up until today I would have given my credit union 5 stars...but with all of these mergers we are losing services. I went to open an IRA today and was told as of July 1, due to the merger, they were no longer opening new IRA'S. Seriously? Now I have to go to a BANK instead of my credit union to open one. How does that make sense to anyone? Apparently these mergers aren't all they're cracked up to be...
There’s no customer service at all. Nobody answers the phone and if you choose the option for call back, you won’t get that either. I’ve tried to call to talk to a manager everyday this week at different hours of the day hoping to get a call or connected and still haven’t been able to get through. I don’t recommend this credit union to anyone at all.
Experience has been outstanding! Staci has went out of her way to help me with my loan by answering all my questions, giving me helpful information, and even working on my loan after hours. Best banking experience I have had locally.
Treated me good in the beginning, I've had my courtesy pay turned on and utilizing it and paying it back before it was even due. Went to use it today and it was locked. I asked why and they said they determined I wasn't eligible because of my fees that I've been paying back. So in other words I used it like I should have an paid back every penny including the fees that come with it but I'm not eligible? Trash customer service. Bank else where
Boyfriend has to close account and was asked too many PERSONAL questions, ending with "are you happy to go?" It was a forced situation that is none of anyone's business. We will not return here.
