1 teller on a Friday is sad. With mobile banking we only go to the branch for non typical issues. The wait in line can be very mind numbing.
Recently switched from a bank to a credit union and I am thinking it was a big mistake! I would not do business here , customer service is basically non existent. I went to deposit a check written from a family member and they put a 7 day hold on it. I went into the location with the check in hand thinking maybe it was just because I did a mobile deposit ( because it is 2025) . Should not even be a 1 star rating....been waiting almost 4 weeks to hear about re fi.....call...leave messages ...emails..no reply back.....Very Un Professional!!
Ridiculous that they make you sit at the drive thru for 20+ minutes for no apparent reason. No one else in line. Very poor customer service edited to add: no longer use drive thru. Many other issues since ignite now owns ACU. Deposits not showing, payments taking days to show up in accounts. 30 min wait times for phone to be answered. They also claim they get to "hold" government payments like social security for two days before releasing.
Most of the staff here are amazing some of the new people seem like they haven't a clue on what they are doing and are very slow a fee complaints are the online banking constantly wanting me to register my phone I've had my account for years and now many times a week it has changed to making me verify my phone one more thing it shouldn't matter if I have a checking or a savings I should be able to use my bank card whether I want it is my money after all I should not be forced to have a checking to use my money whenever I wan... read more
