Took drive-thrus out, so now everyone has gone inside to do any thing Like credit Union, check or a money order or diver things that you normally could do when the drive through was there. Not all elderly people want to walk inside or can walk inside. Does credit Union did not think of our elderly or handicap people!!
Always a pleasant experience
I’ve been with them for over 12 years and I love them normally…but they went to teller free driver thru and now you have to go inside for things so line is always 6 people long one person working. It’s ridiculous. That’s my only complaint
Unfortunately for me I dread coming to this branch. Upon walking in, I feel reminiscent of what this place use to be. Talking to the tellers while performing a transaction, the tellers actually remembering who you are. Now it’s just a processing plant ran by a manager who I feel encourages this type of process. No small talk, no sense of trying to encourage connection whatsoever. Just an implied encouragement to use the outside teller machines. I love Allegan for its small town feel and camaraderie.
