I've been banking with Allegan for about 8 years now. I've had better experiences with the Allegan location. The fennville tellers make the experience so dreadful. I had been dealing with a situation & had spoken to 4 people about it. I was pretty much given the run around & partial information hence the running around. Until I spoke with Leslie from Allegan. Honestly I absolutely loved allegan credit union before it became ignite cu now it is terrible. I was with them since I started banking at 16 been 11 years. Now within this week the true colors showed I have over 200 dollars essintanly stolen from me. They charged me over 300 in overdraft fees mind you I have overdraft services turned off. I called Friday they started a case to the manager, no response. I called Monday morning same thing we will get you a update and reach out.
