0 stars do not recommend. My Bank in Georgia shared a list of shared branches that I could use for normal banking while moving to a different state. (Charlotte NC). I chose this bank because I am familiar with the Queens Area. My experience has been awful ! before opening a checking account , I opened a savings account here because I come to the bank offen to do withdrawals from my shared branch. Update: Got on the phone with someone from Allegacy’s Winston office. They were very nice, able to help me out in about 10 minutes. Wish I could’ve had the same experience at this location. Specifically one teller at the counter who is extremely rude, quite literally gave me commands and treated me suspiciously (despite me promptly and articulately telling her why I was there). If you need to go and speak to someone in person, I’d recommend making the drive to another branch.
