I was happy with them
I came in to use shared branching, and it was really efficient. The team was very helpful and friendly!
I have been a member since high school and I was so glad that they open a branch in Charlotte! Every time I go they are nice and helpful, you can tell they care about their members. I had an issue with a deposit that I made and everyone from the front desk to the Manager were extremally caring and interested in solving my issue. I wasn't worried going in because I have always had a great experience with them. Butt it was really nice to see how much they truly care and how quickly they were eager to help me.
