They are horrible. I’m convinced they are broke and don’t want to give people their money. Hispanic lady at front desk was no help and hardly opened her mouth to speak and the black lady in the office has an attitude. Fix yourselves
Horrible customer service
I called into Allegacy to get help closing an account and receiving a satisfaction of mortgage. I was lucky to get Zack H. on the line the first try and help me. He worked with the loan servicing team to get it closed out and expedite the satisfaction of lien for me. Both requests were handled same day! I appreciate the help over the phone, and not having to come in to deal with it. Based on his email signature, he works at the Biotech FC. Thanks Zack H!
I dont know what's going on at this location but they are much slower than the other ones. I could have driven to a location further from here and more out of the way and I could have been assisted. All I needed to do was make a deposit and that took way too long. The staff is plesant its just the speed is visibly slower here BEFORE and during covid restrictions. I guess I'm complaining to the air since this has been an issue for 3 years now. I thought Id try again and it is still not as good as any of the other branches but... read more
