No local phones means little concern about customer service. I had questions regarding opening an account and never could find get a human. Good job! Lee
I have been a member of this bank for years. I will say, I am never satisfied with a transaction, or call, unless you go into the teller/inside office. You get transferred to a off" site system/call center. Meaning NON american's. They don't speak English, and it is terribly hard to understand the "representatives" when trying to get help or speak into the phone with conversations that isn't in English. I drive an extra 30 minutes out of my way just to go to this branch because everyone is friendly Cathy is great highly recommended it’s clean they’re very accommodating and they want to help You in any way that is needed
Great customer service today by manager Emily Abbas and customer service assistant Cathie Ida. They took time to help me a great deal today. I appreciate the suggestions and helping me with mobile banking which will be very convenient for me. In all of the chaos of the world, it is great to be treated with kindness and smiles.
