The staff has always been very friendly and on point with my money transactions since I've been banking here. When opening an account they explain everything to you in great detail, and if you have any questions or concerns they seem patient and understanding and willing and ready to help you as best as they can.
Extremely disappointed in the experience I had trying to settle my mother’s estate. Was not given good information which led to a colossal headache in front of me. I would not recommend anyone using Allegacy.
