RecommendedI have been so impressed with Allegacy since joining a couple of months ago. Their website is easy to navigate and is well organized. Their staff members are incredibly nice when I visit in person. I also like how much this company supports non-profits in our local community.

1) I don't understand why Allegacy does not warn its customers about changes in formatting in webbanking before it happens 2) I do not understand why Allegacy does not allow its customers a choice as to whether or not to get changes or stay with the old format. 3) there IS a way to change back to the old format, but I keep getting walls from people saying it can not be done. 4) I have worked in IT and coding software before, I KNOW it can be done.
