Rude. Imagine putting a bitter old hag in the lobby as the first face a customer is greeted by and immediately fumbling a potential customer. I couldn't even complete a sentence without being interrupted. No surprise the lobby was completely empty. 0/10 would not recommend.
Always a terrible experience
One of the most time wasteful, unaccountable, low IQ banks I have ever had to deal with.
My husband and I applied for accounts and were denied, because “they couldn’t verify us”. We called in to Customer Service separately to find out more details, and when asked if we provided our social security numbers and photo ID as required, we both and answered yes. All information is current and correct. My husband was told his SSN was associated with someone showing as deceased, and that he needed to contact the Social Security Administration.
