This man’s leasing practices are a scam! How once you leave a property with a balance you have compounding interest? How is someone suppose to pay a balance and it goes up $2k every month; from a $500 rental? Apartment complexes don’t even do this. This is literally a setup to fail. If your new here DO NOT LEASE BUSINESS SPACE FROM HIM!!!
